5. Fees and payment

Fees for our services will be agreed with you in writing before work commences. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with our services or your use of this website shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses.
